The Salesforce Platform Specialist provides hands-on application and production support with robust platform architecture knowledge. You will troubleshoot Data Cloud, Loyalty Management, APIs, integrations, SQL queries, and upstream or downstream issues. The role includes L3 support within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage L3 production incidents and troubleshoot platform issues
- Perform root cause analysis and drive problem resolution
- Support Data Cloud ingestion and integration flows
- Coordinate stakeholders during critical incidents




- Provide rotational on-call production support when required

Requirements:

- Four-plus years of relevant application or production support experience
- Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud and Apex development experience
- Knowledge of DMO, DLO, Data Spaces, and data ingestion
- Experience with APIs, integrations, SQL, and application troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace, and ITIL processes
