The Sales Associate helps meet store sales budgets by maintaining customer service standards. Duties include replenishing inventory, pricing merchandise, monitoring shrinkage, and completing financial transactions. The position also supports displays, safety, and store cleanliness as directed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer service standards supporting store sales budgets
- Retrieve, sort, price, and replenish merchandise
- Monitor inventory closely to help prevent shrinkage
- Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately
- Complete daily cash-outs and balance sales and floats
Requirements:
- Some completed high school education
- Prior warehouse or thrift store experience is an asset
- Recent satisfactory Criminal Records and Vulnerable Sector Checks
- Annual WHMIS and Praesidium Academy training completion
- Ability to follow directions and defined steps
