About Weber. Weber Manufacturing Technologies Inc. is a Midland, Ontario manufacturer of fiberglass door panels and components under the MasterGrain brand. Our tooling and mold making teams also build molds for many outside customers, so co-op students see a wide range of real, customer-driven work.

Administrative Co-op (Finance / HR / IT)

Location: Midland, Ontario · Type: Paid co-op placement, 4–12 months · Open: Year-round

See how a manufacturer runs from the business side. Weber's finance, human resources and IT teams keep production, people and systems moving. As an administrative co-op, you will join one of these teams, take on meaningful work and learn how a business-support function operates inside a manufacturing company.

Placement areas (we match you to your program)

- Finance: accounts payable and receivable, month-end support, reporting and cost analysis
- Human Resources: recruitment support, onboarding, employee records, training coordination and engagement
- IT: user support, systems and software support,



and technology projects

What you will do

- Support the day-to-day work of your team with a dedicated mentor
- Contribute to a project you can point to on your resume
- Learn the tools, processes and confidentiality expectations of your function
- Connect with other departments to understand how the business fits together

Who we are looking for

- Enrolled in a college or university program in business, accounting, finance, human resources, information technology or a related field
- Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable handling confidential information
- Solid communication and a willingness to learn
- Available for a co-op term of 4 to 12 months
