About the Role

Our client, a vibrant and growing catering company based in Kimberley, Northern Cape , is seeking an enthusiastic and eager Junior Event Catering Assistant to join their team. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of food and beverages according to company standards.
- Help with setting up event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment.
- Serve food and beverages to guests during events, ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining and service areas.
- Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of event spaces after functions.
- Follow all instructions from supervisors and senior staff diligently.
- Adhere to strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.




- Learn and apply various catering techniques and service standards.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries politely and efficiently.
- Support the catering team in maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere at events in Kimberley .

Requirements
