Milwaukee is more than a workplace, it's where careers accelerate, and potential is unlocked.What you Will DoPartner with customer service team to resolve customer inquiries and concernsMaintain turn time metrics of 24-36 hours for order resolution repliesMaintain daily performance tracking and record keeping of Order Entry Draft and fulfill "No Charge" orders company wideAssist team lead and other department SMEsProvide support in other order management areas as neededAssist with training as neededPractice 5S and safetyTake appropriate corrective action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfactionAble to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned, including working daily and weekend overtime as neededOther duties as assigned.Physical DemandsRepetitive motion Must be able to lift up to 40 poundsPhysical and Weightlifting Demands The physical and weightlifting demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
