As a Banking Centre Leader II, you will lead high-performing financial services professionals within Personal and Business Banking. You will develop client relationships, support financial needs, and help the banking centre achieve results. This full-time, on-site position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple nearby banking centres.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hire, develop, and coach Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives
- Lead teams delivering exceptional client experiences and financial solutions
- Monitor business performance and implement action plans
- Manage risk and safeguard clients, shareholders, and the bank




- Advocate CIBC within the community and develop relationships

Requirements:

- Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in positive standing
- Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada
- Experience coaching employees and providing hands-on support
- Goal-oriented approach with accountability for results
- Flexibility for banking centre hours and nearby locations
