As a Team Leader, you will support a sales team in retail. You will develop employees through training on customer service, programs, product knowledge, and current trends. You will also influence store results by monitoring sales targets and taking required actions.

Key Responsibilities:

Style personalized wardrobes for individual customers
Train sales employees on exemplary customer service
Teach programs, product knowledge, and current trends
Monitor sales targets and influence store results
Open and close the store as required

Requirements:

Passion for fashion and customer service
Experience as a team leader or sales trainer
Desire to develop a retail career
Robust selling and customer service skills
