Support Gordon Food Service customers in Amherst, Nova Scotia, using communication, order processing, and issue resolution skills. This is a full time position. As a Generalist, Customer Care, you will handle day to day inquiries through phone, email, SMS, and chat. You will support orders, deliveries, credits, and e-commerce technologies while assisting District Sales Representatives. The position requires accurate, effective service and adaptable problem solving.
