Deliver exceptional guest service as a Host or Hostess at Grey Eagle Resort & Casino in Calgary’s leading entertainment facility. Greeting and seating guests requires strong communication.

Reporting to the Front of the House Shift Supervisor, this position welcomes guests across foodservice outlets. You will monitor seating, review promotions, and support food and beverage teams. The work requires POS experience, attention to detail, and knowledge of service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests promptly within foodservice outlets
- Monitor and assign seating fairly and consistently
- Review daily specials, promotions, menus, prices, and hours
- Maintain cashier and hostess station supplies each shift
- Support managers,



supervisors, servers, and cashiers when required

Requirements:

- Valid Alberta Pro Serve Certification
- One to two years’ high-volume foodservice customer service experience
- Required experience working with POS systems
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Availability for shift work and long periods standing
