Staff Management | SMX has immediate full time openings at a food manufacturing facility. This position involves palletizing products, securing loads, and supporting production operators. You will follow OSHA guidelines and Valuable Manufacturing Practices while maintaining a clean workspace. On-the-job training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Arrange boxes, cases, bags, and product layers onto pallets
- Inspect labels, code dates, packaging integrity, and case weights
- Secure finished pallets with plastic stretch-wrap
- Move pallets by coordinating with a walkie operator
- Assist production operators with general work

Requirements:

- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for a full shift
- Ability to work all shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- High school diploma or GED required
