As an Aaron’s Sales Associate, you will help customers choose furniture, electronics, appliances, and accessories. You will connect with shoppers in person and by telephone while supporting store operations. The work includes sales, merchandise care, clerical tasks, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help customers select products meeting their needs
- Engage customers directly on the showroom floor
- Clean, organize, and move merchandise safely
- Create and maintain customer files
- Maintain a positive sales floor setting

Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work varied hours from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently
- Ability to move up to 300 pounds with assistance
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
