Operate packaging equipment at ROCKWOOL’s Milton Factory using machine setup experience and safe work practices on rotating shifts. Support production of high quality stone wool products in Milton, Ontario.

As a Machine Operator on the Operations team, you will report to the Production Supervisor. You will work with up to 9–12 team members on production lines. The work includes equipment operation, filter changes, housekeeping, waste handling, and reporting mechanical or electrical issues. Forklift operation may be required when qualified.

Key Responsibilities:

- Feed and operate equipment on packaging lines
- Report mechanical and electrical issues immediately
- Prepare SPC filters and complete filter changes
- Clean conveyors, work areas, tools, and recycling rooms
- Operate forklifts and floor washers when qualified

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior machine setup and computer experience
- Understanding of equipment operation and secure clearing
- Forklift experience or certification
- Ability to lift 25 kilograms independently
