This Maintenance Specialist role requires two or more years of renovation experience and practical knowledge across painting, plumbing, electrical, and drywall. You will maintain suites and common areas, address requests, and support quality standards. Technology familiarity and English communication are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Address maintenance requests within 72 hours
- Perform scheduled emergency maintenance while on call
- Maintain vacant suites, renovations, and touch-ups
- Coordinate turnover suite inspections with Customer Care
- Complete preventative maintenance reporting and tablet administration

Requirements:

- Two or more years of renovation experience
- Working knowledge of spoken and written English
- Painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and flooring knowledge
- Reliable vehicle and clean driving record
- Valid driver's license and required tools
