Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Aviation Customer Manager to join a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC.

This role is 5x week onsite.

The Aviation Customer Manager is responsible for fostering relationships with clients by ensuring pre-delivery and after-sale support to aircraft and fleet
customers which include commercial and technical service management.

You will be the main point of contact for your clients and represent their interests within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the customer relationship throughout an engine shop visit, from pre-planning through completion and return to service.
- Coordinate shop events and logistics, including engine removal dates, shop location, timing, and any rental engine requirements.
- Manage the commercial side of the shop visit, reviewing/approving cost estimates and negotiating with customers when needed.
- Interpret customer contracts and have informed discussions around pricing, scope, and contractual obligations.
- Oversee final commercial closeout, including reviewing the invoice, coordinating payment, and supporting the engine's return/install back on the aircraft.
- Act as the bridge between the customer and technical teams.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce or related field
Bachelor or Master's degree with 3 to 10 years of experience




- Field of studies: Administration/ Commerce, Aeronautical Maintenance, Aeronautics, Aerospace
Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,
International Administration, Management, Operations Management, Business Management
- Robust project/event management/logistics skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Background in aerospace or automotive industry
- French is an asset
