Working within the Innovation and Sustainability Team, the Test Engineering Technologist supports product and technology development through physical testing. You will validate machine features, components, software use cases, and service issues while bridging mechanical, electrical, and control systems. The work supports robust solutions, product launches, and customer-focused validation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate injection molding machines across control, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Create test plans and build systems for testing
- Develop normal and extraordinary user test cases
- Analyze data and identify failure modes
- Report testing results through documentation and presentations
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Five-plus years testing complex mechanical systems
- Five-plus years working with internal and external customers
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and data acquisition systems
- Understanding of fluid power and electrical schematics
