The role balances daily operational execution, customer service, carrier relationship management, and capacity sourcing to ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation solutions. The successful candidate thrives in a rapid-paced environment, takes ownership of shipment performance, and works collaboratively with customers, carriers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.Role and ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to all shipment requests, rates, and book cost shipmentsMonitor and record relevant shipment information systematically,
