Our Patient Access Team plays an integral role in providing excellent service to our patients.Responsibilities:Manage a high volume of incoming appointment callsSchedule new and established patient appointmentsDeliver exceptional customer service to patients and team membersPreferred Experience:2+ years of experience in a call center environmentBackground in a healthcare customer service role, ideally in a large medical office settingStrong communication and active listening skills with a professional phone presenceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentPositive demeanor and commitment to excellent serviceProficiency with technology and willingness to learn new systemsOpenness to providing feedback for process improvement initiativesFull medical, dental,
