We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.We are searching for a highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Mississauga (on a 1 year contract), supporting the Ontario and Western Canada region. You should possess a unique blend of HR functional skills, business savvy, exceptional relationship building skills and a genuine passion for supporting your internal clients. You must be able to thrive working in a fast-paced, matrixed workplace and have an orientation towards working collaboratively, taking initiative and driving initiatives forward.This is a 12 month contract role and can be based in Mississauga. This role is eligible for a Hybrid work arrangement.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver full-cycle talent acquisition, with a focus on management consulting talentLead global recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment across regions and consistency in hiring practicesBuild and maintain strong networks within the consulting industry, enhancing employer brand and developing strategic partnershipsPartner with leadership to design and execute targeted, global talent attraction strategies for consulting professionalsProvide market intelligence, including global consulting industry trends, competitor insights, and innovative recruiting practicesProactively identify and engage high-calibre, passive consulting candidates through advanced sourcing and headhunting techniquesChampion diversity and inclusion initiatives across all regionsCollaborate with hiring managers and HR partners globally to align on workforce needs and recruitment progressQualifications8+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong focus on management consulting hiringProven track record of successfully sourcing and placing consulting professionals across multiple regionsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related fieldDemonstrated ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders in a consulting environmentStrong sourcing and headhunting capabilities within niche, global consulting talent poolsBusiness acumen, including the ability to interpret data and understand key consulting business driversAdaptability, accountability, and comfort working in complex, ambiguous, and globally distributed environmentsHourly rate range: $48 - $68At Hatch, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
