Fraser Health is seeking an Access & Flow Leader to coordinate patient placement and bed utilization across MH&SUS; sites, mainly on weekends. You will lead Patient Care Coordinators and Charge Nurses, manage capacity, and drive protected patient flow across FH sites.
Ideal candidates are Registered Nurses with leadership experience, strong decision-making, and collaboration skills across disciplines. Travel between FH MH&SUS; sites is required to ensure timely access to care.
