Client: Big 5 Bank Location: Hybrid; 1- 2 days a week in Toronto Terms: 6 Month Contract to Hire Hours: hours/week Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Job Description Apex Systems is looking for a Senior Solution Designer to design solutions across Speech AI, contact centre technology, data warehousing, reporting, and integrations.

This person will help define how customer interaction data is captured, integrated, modeled, analyzed, and reported across the contact centre environment.

The role requires someone who can design solutions, understand the delivery side, and provide technical leadership throughout implementation. ·Design end-to-end solutions across Speech AI, contact centre platforms, data warehousing, reporting, APIs, and integrations. ·Define how voice, chat, and customer interaction data is captured, integrated, modeled, analyzed, and reported. ·Design data warehouse and reporting solutions, including data models, ETL/ELT processes, tables, views, and data integrations. ·Design APIs and integration patterns between contact centre platforms, internal applications, and enterprise data environments. ·Support solutions involving speech analytics, speech-to-text, agent assist, virtual agents, intelligent routing, IVR, and customer interaction workflows. ·Translate business, reporting, and operational requirements into detailed technical solution designs. ·Provide technical leadership and solution guidance throughout implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization. ·Collaborate with architecture, engineering, data, reporting, product, and business stakeholders.



·Ensure solutions address security, privacy, recording, and data-retention requirements.

Required Skills & Experience ·Experience with Speech AI or Conversational AI, including speech analytics, speech-to-text, agent assist, virtual agents, or intelligent routing. ·Experience designing data warehouse and reporting solutions, including data modeling, ETL/ELT, tables, views, and data integration. ·Experience working with in-house contact centre data warehouse environments and supporting data modeling, ETL, integrations, and reporting. ·Experience designing APIs and integrations between contact centre platforms, internal applications, and data environments. ·Understanding of IVR, voice and chat channels, routing, customer interaction workflows, and contact centre reporting. ·Experience providing technical leadership and solution design through implementation, not only at the high-level architecture stage. ·Understanding of security, privacy, recording, and data-retention requirements.
