Our financial services client is seeking a Learning Solutions Specialist (10+ years) to develop and execute long-term learning strategies using adult learning principles and performance consulting- / Join a large banking setting supporting enterprise learning initiatives and multi-year learning strategies.

This role leads the development, execution, and sustainment of learning solutions aligned to business needs, capability development, and learner experience goals.

The position includes stakeholder engagement, vendor management, learning consultation, and roadmap planning across multiple projects.

Candidates will contribute to high-visibility initiatives within a collaborative learning and development function.

Location: Toronto/Hybrid- 4 Days in office Duration: 11/30/ to 12/31/ Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week Must Haves 8–10 years in Learning & Development within a large corporate environment Adult learning principles and learning program design with blended learning evaluation and measurement Learning consultation , stakeholder management, and vendor relations experience Learning solutions , onboarding, compliance,



and project work experience Post secondary education with relevant Learning & Development / Adult Education certifications Nice to Have Banking experience Experience building or supporting enterprise learning programs Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables, charts, and formulas Experience utilizing AI tools including Copilot Responsibilities Lead performance consulting and conduct needs analysis to address capability development needs Develop and execute long-term learning strategies, plans, and roadmaps Negotiate and build relationships with business leaders, subject matter experts, and HR partners Provide learning advisory services and recommend learning solutions and rollout plans Manage relationships and deliverables across multiple learning projects Collaborate with L&D; stakeholders to support staffing and resourcing requirements Provide updates and reporting on learning assets, materials, and overall learning strategy progress
