Responsibilities This posting is for in-person makeup exams.

Make up Midterm Exam: Tuesday, October 27th, 10:00AM - 12:00PM Please refer to the for exam procedures.

Responsibilities include monitoring students during exam by walking around and standing in different locations in the exam room.

Invigilators are not to read their own material, talk on the telephone or do their own personal work while they are invigilating.

Must arrive 45 minutes before the scheduled exam start time and be prepared to stay for 15 minutes after the conclusion of the exam to set up exam rooms and clean up after the exam.

Thus, the shift will commence at 9:15 AM and conclude at 12:15 PM.

Maintain academic integrity by strictly adhering to the University’s regulations, policies, and procedures regarding tests/exams Maintain confidentiality of student and test/exam information Documenting any incidents during tests/exam and reporting incidents to the Instructor.

Any other duties assigned.





Qualifications Current Graduate student enrolled in the Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Graduate Program Positive verbal and written communication skills.

Invigilators should be able to provide clear, concise, and factual reports in business English.
