The ideal candidate has robust SAP Billing functional and technical expertise, troubleshooting skills, and experience collaborating with business and support teams.

What you bring Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP Billing Experience investigating and resolving billing exceptions Ability to identify root causes and recommend process improvements Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Experience collaborating with business and application support teams Strong documentation, knowledge-sharing, and communication skills What you'll do Support daily billing operations and resolve billing exceptions Prioritize issues based on business impact and urgency Investigate root causes and reduce recurring billing issues Collaborate with business and AMS teams to resolve complex defects and process gaps Maintain troubleshooting guidelines and exception-handling procedures Share operational knowledge and help the team manage recurring issues independently
