Support retail applications at Sunoco LP by analyzing incidents, translating requirements, and coordinating system changes across business and IT users.

The Retail Systems Analyst Intern supports applications and processes serving customers, partners, suppliers, and employees. You will maintain content standards, coordinate global changes, and help deliver enhancements. The internship includes understanding business and technical processes while supporting assigned systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose incident root causes and coordinate issue resolutions
- Complete requests and tasks across supported applications
- Act as IT liaison for internal and external contacts
- Contribute throughout SDLC and Change Approval Board processes




- Translate business requirements into technical and functional requirements

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing Computer Science or related degree
- Enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution
- Preference for students in third, fourth, or fifth year
- Knowledge of change management methodology and SDLC
- Analytical problem solving and technical writing skills
