This hands-on position requires fabrication drawing interpretation, precision fitting, and attention to detail. You will work independently and with production teammates while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret fabrication blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Fit metal components while meeting required tolerances
- Weld using GMAW, GTAW, and FCAW processes
- Operate welding and metalworking equipment as required
- Maintain equipment and organized, protected work areas

Requirements:

- Technical trade school certification in Welding
- One to two years of welding experience
- One to two years of fitting experience
- Ability to read drawings and prints in English
- Ability to stand extended periods and lift fifty pounds
