Support CareRx pharmacy operations in Sudbury using Kroll, PacMed, and precise medication packaging skills. This is an on-site role with a five-day workweek.

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will support long-term care homes and retirement communities through medication preparation, packaging, organization, and delivery. The position includes processing prescriptions, maintaining inventory, coordinating shipments, and following Pharmacy Standards of Practice. Training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process refills in Kroll and enter prescription information accurately
- Prepare manual and automated compliance packaging, including blister packs
- Synchronize data with PacMed and correct medication rolls
- Manage inventory, returns, expired products, and pharmacy supplies




- Coordinate shipping with drivers, facilities, reports, and delivery totes

Requirements:

- Pharmacy Assistant experience or accredited program certification preferred
- Experience with Kroll or PacMed considered an asset
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy inventory processes
- Solid organization, communication, numeracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds
