MLSE seeks a highly motivated, organized, and proactive Business Operations Intern. You will support strategic initiatives, event planning, project management, and daily operations across Toronto FC, Toronto Argonauts, and BMO Field Live Events. The internship includes collaboration with internal departments, external partners, professional leagues, and event organizers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate business initiatives across Toronto FC, Toronto Argonauts, and BMO Field
- Track projects, timelines, action items, and stakeholder follow-ups
- Prepare presentations, briefing documents, updates, and reports
- Support match, sporting event,



and special event preparations
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and industry analysis

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in sport management, business, marketing, or event management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence interacting with internal and external stakeholders

Build skilled sports operations experience through project coordination, event planning, research, and stakeholder communication with MLSE properties.
