As a Patient Services Specialist, you will support patients throughout their clinic experience. The work includes check-in, pre-testing, appointment coordination, billing, eyewear services, and patient communication. Previous retail experience is considered an asset, while MS Office proficiency and robust interpersonal skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and manage clinic check-in and check-out
- Engage with patients in person, by phone, and email
- Perform pre-testing supporting comprehensive eye care
- Coordinate appointments, prescription printouts, billing,



and payments
- Manage eyewear pick-ups, repairs, and adjustments

Requirements:

- Previous retail experience considered an asset
- Ability to multitask amid changing priorities
- Technology and computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
