Operate in Smurfit Westrock’s Ajax Print Cut department, stacking cartons and checking quality across rotating 12-hour shifts. Readiness to learn and communicate supports production.

As a Press Take Off, you will stack finished cartons onto skids, perform quality checks, and assist operators and printers. You will also help with machine setup, housekeeping, and team communication. Previous manufacturing or printing experience is an asset. The Ajax facility produces packaging for beverage customers including Coca Cola, Pepsi, Labatt, and Molson.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stack finished cartons onto skids
- Perform quality checks on cartons
- Assist operators and printers with machine setup
- Complete housekeeping duties in the department
- Communicate with the team to produce quality cartons

Requirements:

- Previous manufacturing or printing experience considered an asset
- Willingness to learn and grow with the Company
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds
