Our valued non-profit client is seeking a End User Device Specialist to support PC & mobile device configuration / deployments! Initial 1-year contract with possibility of extension. 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday in Ottawa, ON (fully in office).

Responsibilities: Perform Intune imaging, configuration, and deployment of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices Conduct hard drive wipes and prepare systems for redeployment or disposal Manage cellphone swaps and assist with smartphone setup and troubleshooting Handle local deskside support tickets and provide end-user assistance as needed Support inventory management and tracking of IT assets Assist with shipping, receiving,



and organization of IT equipment Coordinate with IT team members to ensure smooth hardware refresh and deployment activities Must-have- Skills Experience as a Deskside Support Technician, Technical Support Analyst, or comparable role Familiarity with mobile device setup (iOS and/or Android) Knowledge of hardware configuration and device imaging/deployment via Intune Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, and Active Directory Nice-to-have Skills Prior experience with ticketing systems (e.g., HEAT, Service

Now, Jira) A+ Certification or equivalent technical certification Experience supporting Office and One
