ComForCare seeks a caring Personal Support Worker to provide in-home support for one client. The work combines personal care, dementia activities, household management, meal preparation, and medication reminders. You will maintain routines, communicate clearly, and help create a safe environment while building meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide companionship and respite services for family
- Support dementia activities including music, games, and reminiscence therapy
- Deliver bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance




- Complete homemaking, laundry, and meal preparation tasks
- Assist with self-administered medication reminders

Requirements:

- Dementia care experience is required
- Provincial-approved Personal Support Worker certificate
- At least six months caregiver experience
- Hoyer lift training
- English communication and clinical app skills
