Job Description The Opportunity: The Director, Digital Excellence is responsible for establishing and leading the Digital Excellence function at Maple Leaf Foods.

This role enables the successful execution of Operational Excellence and digital initiatives through effective governance, portfolio management, capability development, benefits realization, and organizational adoption.

Working across business functions, the Director develops the frameworks, standards, and capabilities required to accelerate process digitalization, strengthen data-driven decision making, and improve business performance.

The role ensures investments in digital and operational improvement initiatives are aligned to enterprise priorities, executed consistently, and deliver measurable value.

Reason for vacancy: Existing Headcount Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life: Digital Excellence Strategy Develop and execute the Digital Excellence strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and Operational Excellence objectives.

Governance & Portfolio Management Establish and lead governance processes for digital and business improvement initiatives, ensuring effective prioritization, decision-making, risk management, and resource alignment.
