Required: Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent education and experience.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant quality control experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or personal care industry.

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.

Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal, is required.

Good knowledge of GMP/GLP requirements, quality control procedures, and applicable regulatory standards.

Experience with raw material testing, packaging component inspection, bulk product testing, and finished product quality control.

Familiarity with deviation investigations, OOS investigations, CAPA processes, and quality documentation.

Solid organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to supervise daily operations, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet established deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Robust attention to detail, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
