The Laframboise Group seeks a Mechanical Designer to support engineering, fabrication, and in-house projects. You will develop models, drawings, workflows, and piping isometrics while supporting equipment layouts, estimating, and design integration. This role serves petrochemical, mining, power, and other industry projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create SolidWorks models for tanks and vessels
- Produce detailed fabrication and piping drawings
- Prepare CNC plasma cutting patterns using nesting software
- Determine pressure vessel shell material thicknesses
- Support quantity take-offs, estimating, and engineering integration

Requirements:

- Mechanical Engineering Technologist program graduate
- Mechanical Design degree with C.E.T. objective
- AutoCAD experience; SolidWorks preferred
- Experience from co-op, personal, or summer projects
- Ability to read and produce technical drawings
