A well-established insurance brokerage is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business, grow and retain a commercial portfolio, and identify cross-selling opportunities.

Backed by a financial organization that invests in insurance companies and brokerages, the firm offers a stable, supportive environment with dedicated administrative support for producers and a base salary.

Its commercial lines portfolio spans businesses of all sizes across a wide range of industries.

This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates across Canada, excluding Quebec. A Level 2 insurance license or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities Prospect and generate new commercial insurance opportunities through outreach, referrals, and networking Manage renewals and proactively retain and expand an assigned book of business Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and guide clients through binding and onboarding Identify cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with internal specialists as needed Maintain accurate activity, pipeline,



and account notes in the CRM Partner with service and processing support to ensure smooth administration and an excellent client experience Qualifications 2 plus years of experience in commercial insurance sales Level 2 insurance license or equivalent Robust relationship-building skills and a client-first mindset Comfortable working to activity goals and performance targets Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $60,000 to $85,000 plus commission (paid monthly) Medical and dental benefits Paid time off and sick leave Fully remote role across Canada Access to the majority of the major carriers and all the MGAs Apply today!
