Lead concrete and drain construction across the GTA, using forming, rebar, layout, and finishing skills on custom homes.

This experienced position leads a union crew under LiUNA 183 for residential projects. The work combines concrete forming, drain installation, cement finishing, blueprint reading, and accurate site layout. You will coordinate with project management, inspectors, and subcontractors while maintaining protected job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set and brace forms for porches, steps, and slabs
- Cut and tie rebar according to drawings and specifications
- Screed, level, and finish concrete accurately
- Install sanitary and storm sewers with proper slope
- Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce safety procedures

Requirements:

- Three to five-plus years of concrete and drain experience
- Previous Foreman or Lead Hand crew supervision experience
- Strong concrete forming and drain installation understanding
- Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate layout
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
