Serve crafted drinks at The Rec Room as a Bartender using POS operation, drink recipes, and guest-focused communication. Work in a social atmosphere.

The Bartender supports exceptional dining experiences for every guest. This position prepares alcoholic drinks, pours wine and beer, and adapts standard recipes to guest preferences. Responsibilities include orders, garnishing, payments, cleaning, inventory, and safe alcohol service. Knowledge of drink recipes and strong interpersonal skills are important.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take, fill, garnish, and serve drink orders
- Collect payments and operate the POS
- Clean glasses, utensils, work areas, and guest spaces
- Monitor inventory and order required bar supplies
- Check identification and manage protected alcohol service

Requirements:

- High-School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Required age of majority or older
- One to two years of bartending experience
- Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Applicable alcohol sale and handling certificate
