Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounts receivable aging at 45 days or less
• Contact customers and negotiate repayment methods and terms
• Process credit applications and establish customer credit limits
• Record customer financial status and collection efforts
• Credit payments accurately and implement corrective measures

Requirements:

• At least five years in accounts receivable, collections, or customer service
• Post-secondary diploma or college degree in administration or related field
• Strong French and English communication skills
• Basic accounting and computer skills; Google Suite, SAP, or Oracle helpful
• High-volume workflow management with exceptional attention to detail
