Support apartment operations as a full time General Labourer at Fort Garry Place, using equipment operation and practical maintenance skills.

Edison Properties is seeking a General Labourer for worksites at its Winnipeg apartments. You will complete manual labour tasks while collaborating with trades and staff. Customer service, proactive communication, initiative, technical knowledge, and teamwork are necessary for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Remove and maintain garbage bins daily
- Remove and maintain recycling bins daily
- Operate equipment and complete scrap metal runs
- Move furniture, machinery, and equipment as needed
- Clean and organize Fort Garry Place maintenance shops

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of operator experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Truck and trailer driving experience preferred
- Availability for bi-weekly weekend rotations
- Ability to work outdoors year-round and lift required weights
