Welcome fans at Calgary’s 2026 Grey Cup as an Usher, using ticket-taking, wayfinding, and communication skills across temporary festival events.

Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation seeks temporary Fan Experience and Security team members for Grey Cup Festival events. You will create positive first and last impressions while assisting arrivals, security screening, venue education, and crowd management. The assignment runs November 12 through November 16, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome fans and create an inclusive venue environment
- Take tickets and assist guests through security screening
- Provide wayfinding and explain Fan Code of Conduct standards
- Resolve fan concerns with supervisors and leadership




- Communicate through radios, phones, and text channels

Requirements:

- Availability throughout Grey Cup festivities, November 12–16, 2026
- Availability for the 113th Grey Cup on November 15
- Ability to stand, walk, and frequently use stairs
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outside and in sensory-overloading environments
