Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery across multiple platform initiatives.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and technology standards.
- Lead technical discovery, estimation, planning, and dependency management.
- Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with project managers to maintain delivery timelines and execution plans.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams.
- Communicate project health, risks, and impacts to senior leadership.

Skills and Requirements
- 8+ years as a Technical Lead, Solutions Lead, or Delivery Lead in large enterprise environments.
- Experience leading end-to-end technology delivery from discovery and solution design through implementation and production stabilization.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, infrastructure, security, application development, and platform operations.
- Experience leading complex data, platform, or wealth management technology initiatives.
- Proven ability to identify and manage technical dependencies, risks, assumptions, and cross-functional impacts.
- Experience coordinating across engineering, architecture, infrastructure, security, operations, vendors, and business teams.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery, release management, and enterprise governance processes.
- Experience with project planning,



RAID management, executive reporting, and Steering Committee updates.
- Ability to troubleshoot delivery blockers and provide hands-on support when required.
- Wealth Management, Banking, Capital Markets, or Enterprise Data Platforms.
- Experience working within large Canadian financial institutions.
- Robust stakeholder management skills with both technical and business audiences.
- Delivery-focused mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
