Maintain industrial electrical systems at Mitten’s Paris, Ontario plant, using troubleshooting expertise and Continental Nights availability. Support reliable manufacturing operations.

The Plant Maintenance Electrician installs, tests, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs wiring, fixtures, control devices, and related equipment. This replacement position supports safe, efficient equipment operation through preventative maintenance and accurate records. The work includes reading blueprints, schematics, specifications, and electrical codes, while performing mechanical functions on plant machinery when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment
- Diagnose malfunctions using test equipment and repair systems




- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date maintenance records
- Train workers and apprentices on electrical installations and repairs

Requirements:

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Industrial Electrician 442 or 309 Certification
- Minimum three years of Industrial Electrician experience
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Knowledge of protected operating procedures and troubleshooting
