Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Fraud Analyst to join a large banking client.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and adjudicating fraud alerts across online banking, e-Transfers, payments, and other money movement activities.

This individual will analyze account and transaction activity, investigate potential fraud, contact customers to validate transactions, and make timely decisions based on investigative findings.

The ideal candidate is analytical, confident in customer conversations, and comfortable making independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Requirements
• Previous banking or financial services experience
• Customer service experience involving direct telephone interactions with customers
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong understanding of customer behaviours with the ability to identify unusual or suspicious account activity
• Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence handling challenging customer conversations
• Solid time management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Assertive, accountable, and comfortable making independent decisions




• Experience with online or digital banking and reviewing transaction activity
• Previous fraud investigation or fraud alert adjudication experience
• Experience with transaction monitoring, payments, or e-Transfers
• Exposure to fraud involving identity theft, scams, cryptocurrency, or international transfers
