What You'll Do

- Maintain Department Organization and Standards
- Rotates stock regularly and removes expired or unsellable products.
- Ensure Accurate Pricing and Signing
- Follow Food Safety and Cold Chain Practices
- Prepare and Serve Deli Products
- Health and Safety Compliance
- Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

Potential Challenges in this Role

- High Task Volume in a Rapid-Paced Environment: Manages overnight hours effectively and planning accordingly to stay energized and focused. Effectively manages work hours and plans ahead to maintain energy and focus throughout the shift. Handles a fast‑paced workload with efficiency, ensuring large volumes of restocking and recovery are completed accurately and on time.
- Physical Demands: Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory,



equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
