schedule and coach employeesDeliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customersFollowing up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations—building computerized repair orders and sourcing partsDeliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specialsLead, manage, and train team while keeping in tune with our companies' vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed.Oversee all sales, from Service Advisors or CSR'sMaintain inventory countsOverall cleanliness and organization of the facility, including environmental complianceEmployee'sl; record-keeping of hoursand schedulingUpdating and submitting daily sales reports to CorporateQualificationsA minimum of 1-2 years of store or service manager experienceGeneral automotive knowledgeExcellent customer service dispositionGood communication skillsStrong POS computer and Internet skillsLeadership abilityTeam-building skillsAbility to work a versatile retail schedule including Saturdays.Valid driver's license
