Boomerang is hiring an entry-level Events Assistant for its Toronto team and campaigns across the GTA. You will build skills in event marketing, sales, customer engagement, and brand promotion. Training, coaching, and support are provided for learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent client brands at events, pop-ups, and retail activations
• Start conversations and build rapport with public audiences
• Deliver excellent customer service and positive experiences

• Guide interested customers through sign-up processes

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Explicit, positive, persuasive communication abilities
• Curiosity, coachability, and eagerness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and professionally presented
• Previous public-facing experience is helpful but not required
