You will sell postal products, process mail, provide information, and address delivery or service difficulties. The work supports both the public and business community through retail counter service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell postal products and services to customers
- Sort, distribute, and process mail classifications
- Provide customers with information and required forms
- Resolve delivery and service difficulties thoroughly

Requirements:

- High school or provincial equivalency
- Business administration experience may be considered
- Retail or service experience interacting with the public
- Sales, cash transactions, or post office accounting experience
- Availability for temporary, on-call work
