As Senior Email and Communications Manager, you will manage messaging across the customer journey from onboarding through winback. You will work with Analytics, Product, and Engineering while independently improving lifecycle programs. Iterable, SendGrid, deliverability, and analytics are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Three to five plus years managing email communications
• Experience with large-scale United States consumer audiences
• Knowledge of deliverability, list hygiene, and warm-up practices
• Hands-on experience with Iterable, SendGrid, Braze, or similar
• Fluency in segmentation, personalization, automation, and journey logic
