FirstService Residential is seeking a Live-Out Building Superintendent for our Burlington, ON property. The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, with a compensation of CAD 52,000 per year.

You will maintain a clean, secure environment, report deficiencies to the Property Manager, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with contractors and residents.
