Lead patron service at TO Live’s Toronto venues as a Head Ticket Taker, using communication, supervision, and accessibility support skills.

This seasonal part-time position supports shows and activities at Meridian Hall, Meridian Arts Centre, and the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts. You will guide Ticket Takers, coordinate doors, prepare scanners, and support patrons throughout performances. The schedule includes weekdays, weekday evenings, weekends, holidays, and mandatory weekday matinees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and escort patrons with mobility issues
- Brief Ticket Takers about event details
- Coordinate doors before, during, and after performances
- Set up scanners and unlock front doors
- Assist with emergency and evacuation procedures

Requirements:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Staff supervisory skills and fair, consistent behaviour
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Understanding of fire plans and emergency procedures
- Adaptable availability for mandatory weekday matinees
